The Target Audience - for the Professional Development and Institutional Building

The intended audience will include county extension faculty, county commissioners/administrators, graduate students and instructors from CALS. An application and nomination form will be used to select the members of the professional development team.

Extension Faculty in each of the five administrative extension districts of Florida will be invited to nominate county faculty/commissioner/administrator teams. Ten participants (five two-person teams) will be selected from these nominations. Graduate students and instructors from CALS will be nominated by the teaching faculty, graduate student and instructor teams will be selected from these nominations.

The project leadership team will review the participants from the applications. Final approval of team members will be selected with consultation from a representative from Extension, CALS and the Florida Association of Counties.
